Private Pay Rates

Effective September 1, 2024, our private pay rates will be as follows:

Psychologist (Ph.D.; Psy.D.):

• Initial Intake: $225 (1st session)

• Individual/Family Therapy:

  • $165/session (45 minutes)

  • $185/session (60 minutes)

Masters Level Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT):

• Initial Intake: $175 (1st appointment)

• Individual/Family Therapy:

  • $125/session (45 minutes)

  • $150/session (60 minutes)

Assessment and Testing

• ADHD Evaluations

  • $850, which includes the initial intake, evidence-based assessment (rating scales, continuous performance testing), a diagnostic report with recommendations, and a feedback session.

  • For insurance-based ADHD evaluations, there is a supplemental billing charge of $250 for the evaluation report, as this service is not covered by insurance.

• Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluations

  • $250 for the initial intake (1st appointment).

  • $225 for each additional hour.

  • A psychological evaluation typically requires approximately 10 hours, including a review of records, clinical interviews, administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and feedback.

  • A neuropsychological evaluation generally requires 12-16 hours and includes similar components with additional focus on brain-based functions.

  • Psychoeducational Testing requires 6-8 hours and includes cognitive and academic assessments.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we are unable to bill your insurance company directly. Instead, patient payment for services provided is required upfront and we will provide you with documentation, referred to as a superbill, to submit for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates vary widely and depend on your individual plan benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the following fees:

• No-Show/No Call: $125

• Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): $75

This policy ensures that we can respect and best utilize our clinicians' time to support as many clients as possible.
