Dear ABC Community,
We hope all of you are well and are taking the necessary precautions to remain healthy during these unprecedented times. As always, our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients and families. At this time, we will continue to stay open in order to provide needed services to our patients in the Holden and Worcester offices. However, if you would prefer to participate in a telehealth session, all of our providers can help to setup a video meeting through your phone, tablet or computer. If you have questions about Telehealth please contact your provider or our Practice Manager, Leah Leahy (leah@abcholden.com).
In order to protect the safety of our employees and patients, we are taking the following precautions:
- • The waiting room and offices are being sanitized multiple times a day.
- • All unnecessary objects from the waiting room and offices have been removed.
- • We are not offering snacks or drinks at this time.
We ask that our patients and families help in the following ways:
- • If someone if your family exhibiting symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment.
- • Please try to limit the number of people who attend the sessions.
- • For those family members not participating in sessions, we ask that you wait in your car until the appointment stops.
- • Sessions will be shortened by 5 minutes to ensure that cleaning can be completed in between sessions and minimize overlap in waiting.
- • Please wash your hands before and after sessions.
Sincerely,
ABC
