We are a group practice with offices in Holden and Worcester, with each location providing counseling and psychological services to children, adolescents, adults and families. We help children and adolescents to learn skills and strategies to improve their attention, complete homework, worry less, be happier or improve their overall self-esteem. We help parents to feel more comfortable, confident and effective in parenting or advocating for their child.
